Amendments to the GEM Listing Rules
|
We have amended the GEM Listing Rules to implement the proposals set out in the “Consultation Conclusions on Enhancement of Climate-related Disclosures under the Environmental, Social and Governance Framework” published on 19 April 2024.
|
The amendments to the GEM Listing Rules introduce climate-related disclosures based on the IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures published by the International Sustainability Standards Board in June 2023.

Coming into effect
|
The amendments will come into effect on 1 January 2025.
|
