English: In-vivo bioluminescence imaging of K + -depolarised Ca 2+ uptake in the MBs. Ca 2+ uptake in the mushroom bodies (MBs) was directly visualised after K + -depolarisation of the fly brain. Each frame represents 60 s of light accumulation and is shifted by 10 s (6 frames/s). The movie is seen 60 times faster. The light emission is coded in pseudocolors (0-5 photons/pixel) (QuickTime; 483 Ko).
