Neurons infected 48 h with adenovirus expressing cofilin(R21Q)-mRFP were treated with TNFα and imaged every 10 min for 8 h immediately following treatment. Rods appeared within 2 hours but did not become stationary until ∼6 hours at which time they appeared to occlude the neurite. |
