Description
English: Time lapse movie generated from live cell images (1 image/h), showing the formation of round spheroids by PC-3 cells. Movie sequence starts around day 8 after seeding into Matrigel. Round spheroids are then transformed into stellate structures, starting at approx. days 11–13 after inoculation.
