Various sculptural objects on the Central Pavilion of VDNKh, or near a Central Pavilion, or in the interior, installed in 1954. All images contain an artwork that are protected by copyright. Not COM:FOP, see COM:FOP#Russia. Wrong licensing - all images is derivative works.

I disagree with this judgeement because the law clearly states

It shall be allowed to freely use, to reproduce, or to broadcast to the air or via cable works of architecture, of urban development, and works of garden and landscape design, which are situated in places open for free attendance or visible from that places.

The File:Москва. Центральный павильон и фонтан Дружба народов.JPG reproduces works of architecture (the building in the background) and landscape design (the fountain) that are situated in the place open for free attendance.
