Unused; out of COM:SCOPE. Keφr (keep talk here) 09:35, 7 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There can't be a better way to describe the universally recognized matrix text effect. Penyulap 10:25, 7 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Animation seems a mite fast, but there is no substantive reason to delete it. COM:SCOPE is one thing but we should never (as a general principle in any software) assume that we know what uses our users will find for things, or especially not that users can't find uses for things, or will be prevented from finding uses for things, just because we can't. And how do you know that it hasn't? Andy Dingley (talk) 18:08, 14 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Let me think… File:August_24_Doodle.gif#filelinks? Keφr (keep talk here) 13:16, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Did you think about COM:REUSE? Andy Dingley (talk) 02:17, 16 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. Can you show any example thereof? Keφr (keep talk here) 14:32, 16 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Of course not, that's the point. Neither of us can know if it's used off-WMF. So we can't say that it is, but we certainly can't say that it isn't (as is the basis of your deletion request). Andy Dingley (talk) 15:22, 16 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You could use that justification to keep literally anything. Which is absurd. Positive claims require positive evidence. Keφr (keep talk here) 10:33, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You're the one making the rigid assertion "No one is using it" Andy Dingley (talk) 19:52, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I am not the one who makes empty assertions of something existing. Keφr (keep talk here) 10:33, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
