The Chaubey Mahal is an 18th-century monument built close to Bada Darwaza, the 7th gate inside the fort. It faces east and is made from yellowish sandstone. Both the northern and eastern portion of the Chaubey Mahal is damaged, but the side that faces the road is often photographed. This is one of the smaller palace-like building, and its architecture includes the Indo-Islamic elements.
