Again, if given a final opportunity, one personal attack or other example of prohibited behavior would, I fully agree, end with a fair ban/block/or lock. Socking for a long period (years) is something that I look at as a necessary evil. I don't like it, I don't like having to hide and use proxies, and I don't like adding to admin workload. I hope others will be open to an agreement that would really be a + to Commons. I can do a lot of good for Commons and maybe make up a little for the bullshit I've pulled over the years, and especially recently. As it is, the indef block of my main account isn't preventing anything at all. It has woken me up to how much it sucks to be blocked though. The last thing I would add is that, yes, I've lied quite a bit, but I meant to do a lot of what I said, but fell short; if I'm lying now, it will end in a quick re-block, so the community would be well served by an unblock. I'm almost 50, and I'm housebound except for doctor visits. I realize how stupid and obnoxious I've been, but I think if I just go to work and keep my mouth shut I can do fine as a regular Commons editor. Thanks for your time and consideration. I will avoid socking while this request is open, unless it's open for an extended length of time (just being honest). *o Too late. Socking will not get you unblocked; neither will threats of continued socking if this request get declined. You have been given many last chances, with similar promises. Stick to your earlier plans; otherwise you will lose the last of your already-mostly-lost trust, ultimately never be accepted ever again. --Zhuyifei1999 () 03:40, 21 October 2017 (UTC) |

:*Zhuyifei1999 Firstly I've never messed with you personally, so I don't understand your harsh tone. I'm a person just like you brother. None of us are perfect.
So you'd rather have another long-term sockmaster like Russavia, who's still going strong after 3 years? Does that really make sense for Commons in the long run? Remember, I have nothing to lose here. My continued socking isn't a threat, it's a fact, but it doesn't have to be that way. I've never been given a chance just to edit as a simple autopatrolled user. I won't have any tools to abuse. I will do all positive edits. *o As stated in the previous vote regarding this user I stated that I was originally going to oppose a block of this account when it became clear they were socking. However, their lapse in judgement of deleting the main page and going on a vandal spree got me to reconsider Despite their amount of good edits, does not excuse their amount of bad ones. We usually says blocks aren't punitive but should be preventive. This user hasn't even taken a break from their editing, something which short-term blocks are ment for. Why would we unblock an account which is indef. blocked, but for which the user hasn't even served one of thoe blocked days not editing and taking a break and reflect on the reasons that led them there. I say an unblock is way to premature, and that both the community and the user needs a break, from each other. In a couple of years, perhaps, things are diferent; but for now I oppose this request. I however decline to act on this request myself, since I was the one who euested CheckUser on this user in the first place, and I find myself involved, and it is bes if an uninvolved admin (as far as possible) act instead. --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 05:12, 21 October 2017 (UTC) |

:*Josve05a You're talking about the purely hypothetical. I'm not going to take a break. I would also point out that with my horrible sockpuppets I've properly categorized several thousand taxonomy images that you yourself transferred from Flickr. It's easy to say take a year or two off, but I'm not in that game. It's not worth the candle. I enjoy editing Commons and plan to continue for many years to come. What will keeping me blocked do? I would behave properly or face a quick re-block. Commons admins would have the kill switch. Kick back and relax...
A kitten for you!Hope you're going well. Take care!
We'll keep playing the music-
Events of yesterday...Oh dear... How could you? I have always appreciated your input and had come to deeply respect your involvement on both the English Wikipedia and on Commons. Yesterday it seems you wreaked havoc with Commons, including deleting the main page. I don't understand. Maybe understanding is not for me to have. But I would be lying if I said I was not very disappointed and/ or mystified by what has happened under whatever guise (as Daphne or any other). You do not owe me an explanation. Still, I would like to have one so I could forgive you. Is there an explanation?? KDS4444 (talk) 10:43, 11 August 2017 (UTC)
DisappointedINC you were the best admin on this place by far and you had so much potential here you really did, As I said on the desysop page I'm not only shocked but I'm also very saddened because I considered you a best friend on here and as I said I thought you were the best admin this place has ever had, Anyway I wish you all the best for the future, Take care INC, Dave 19:10, 11 August 2017 (UTC)
Disappointed, tooActually I too was disappointed to see that an admin with high potential like you used to be has been drawn by the Dark Side of the Force. I just wish that you didn't take Commons and its sister projects as a role-playing game. -- SERGIO (aka the Blackcat) 16:38, 16 August 2017 (UTC)
BlockedI am sorry to hear that you are blocked due to abuse of multiple accounts. Actually both of you help me a lot, you two have contributed a lot on commons. May be after INC have been desysop, then you nominate Daphne for sysop. Actually being an admin is not important. Even you are not an admin, I can see your effort. So, don't give up yourself. I hope you can turn over a new leaf, identify why you are blocked, and promise not to do it again. The commons are always welcome for you. Best wishes. --B dash (talk) 03:10, 17 August 2017 (UTC)
HiHi my friend....write me on my email if you need --LivioAndronico (talk) 21:55, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
FarewellThank you INeverCry for all those contributions to Wikimedia Commons.--It's Kong of Lazers talk to me 23:43, 29 August 2017 (UTC) Your increasing socksINeverCry widely called as INC, by your recent sockpuppet creation am amazed to call u as a godfather of socks😂. While I might not know much about you because am only a year old but your regime as Daphne as admin I was amazed seeing your contributions. The day it came into light it was you behind the veil I was shocked by it. Your contribution to Commons is wide outstanding but your recent activities as a sock hurts all here at Commons. By your excellent contribution towards wikimedia projects they are Discussion whether to accept give u a fresh start. You know what is better for the development of Commons and u too know what sockpuppettery leads. So I request you that this 38 ends here and let's all function well. Am sure the Commons community not now but in future will forget your bad works compensating the good you perform. I hope you co-operate. Thanking you --✝iѵɛɳ२२४०†ลℓк †๏ мэ 05:08, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
INeverCry please note the existence of the above proposal. For others: A request for comment has been raised at meta proposing that this account and the user be globally banned per m:Global bans. Comment should be made at the RFC page. — billinghurst sDrewth 13:38, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
Imo, this conversation should be taken into consideration. There is this saying: you don't make music with one bell... That is also the reason why a lift of the block seems reasonable. Thank you for your time. Lotje (talk) 20:17, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
Talk page accessHi, after your request I have opened talk page access for you. We both know that this may be a bit controversial, so please be careful. Jcb (talk) 21:01, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
Sleepers@Magog the Ogre and Elcobbola: Can one of you guys take a look at m:User talk:Trijnstel#My last sleepers on Commons? Trijnstel hasn't acted on my report, and these sock accounts are still live. They're all created on the same Swedish IP, so you can block all 5 with a click. Take care. lNeverCry 17:48, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
RequestIt is so disheartening to watch you being insulted by all and sundry. You were the most prolific admin in this project's history, and you helped zillions of users in the past. Why are you insulting yourself now? Please either wait for at least six months or just forget this project altogether. Any other option will just disappoint you & your well-wishers. Thanks. - NitinMlk (talk) 21:30, 13 October 2017 (UTC) Unblock request
