This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: Once again contains paragraphs of copyrighted text. The tag {{PD-textlogo}} is not for this situation, it is for perhaps one sentence, not paragraphs of text. There is no proof this text is public domain, and the image is a COPYVIO for that reason. Contains many icons as well of dubious provenance and is a screenshot of XenForo, a copyrighted piece of proprietary software. “Greying out” photos of nature scenes does not make this less of a copyvio.
