We delved into some important updates from #MohawkMedbuy’s #Logistics team at yesterday’s Member Advisory Meetings. Joe Belancic from Brant Community Healthcare System spoke about partnering with MMC for its warehousing & logistics needs. BCHS recently completed its transition to MMC’s 100,000 square foot, multi-level distribution centre. He described how the value & efficiencies provided by MMC’s Oakville facility allow BCHS to streamline end-to-end processes & support stability of supply for hundreds of essential items needed to deliver quality patient care. MMC supports your efforts to cultivate an empowered and thriving community of Indigenous pharmacy professionals. 

We’re putting the spotlight on how #MohawkMedbuy is enhancing services for our CAPsource Members. At our Member Advisory Meetings today, MMC’s Janice Mount, P.Log. shared updates on how we’ve updated our RFP process for clinical capital equipment and expanded the number of opportunity agreements available to hospitals − offering more flexibility & choice when purchasing essential equipment. At MMC, we’re committed to listening to our Members and continuously improving to build a better #HealthCare #SupplyChain.   

Today at #MohawkMedbuy’s Member Advisory Meetings, our #StrategicSourcing team detailed how our collaboration with Canadian hospitals is shaping and optimizing #SupplyChain processes. MMC’s Marc Lemaire & Dale Thomson highlighted some of the recent value-added initiatives that we’ve undertaken after extensive Member consultation, including:  ✅ Automated MitigAID reimbursements to save Members time & money  ✅ Enhanced Member Opportunity Reports to identify cost saving opportunities   ✅ Single scoring platform for all RFPs to streamline processes & simplify scoring  At MMC, our significant data pool and advanced analytics are helping Canadian hospitals make data-driven decisions and streamlining workflows & processes to help them work more efficiently. #HealthierTogether

Tony covered #MohawkMedbuy’s ongoing growth, as more and more hospitals and other health care organizations across Canada recognize the value of our not-for-profit, model and MMC’s end-to-end supply chain services.  He also spoke about how MMC is leveraging analytics to support data-driven decision-making and using advanced automation to streamline processes for our Members. Looking forward, Tony outlined #MohawkMedbuy’s continued focus on Indigenous Reconciliation and working with our Members on ESG initiatives that support a more sustainable, inclusive supply chain. #HealthierTogether
