User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 14; Mobile; rv:134.0) Gecko/134.0 Firefox/134.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a download.
  2. A PUSH message is displayed informing you of the current status and progress of the download process.
  3. The download fails.
  4. Start the download again using the button in the PUSH message.

PUSH messages are usually delivered with a time stamp.

Actual results:

The timestamp does not adjust after interaction.

Expected results:

A new timestamp should be set or updated after an interaction.
