  2. Observe the video placeholder

Expected Behavior:
Video can be played

Actual Behavior:
Missing video inside the placeholder

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
  • Reproducible on the latest Nightly
