I have already documented some changes. Will create notes for the rest this weekend in coming weeks.

The TLS removal bugs should not be tracked at part of this COVID-19 bug that states 'Fx 79 or later'. The timing of TLS removal is being coordinated with other browser vendors and the TLS removal team will decide on the timeline based on telemetry and discussion with the other vendors.

The TLS removal has been postponed because of COVID-19 so we should track it too. And this bug says “Firefox 79 and later” which means not everything is going to be shipped with Firefox 79.

Not if we plan to ship it in Firefox 78, though. (I don't have any clue.)

Firefox 78 is ESR so we can’t ship breaking changes anyway.

We're well past Firefox 79 now (up to 117), and no dependency has been added for 3 years, so I think this bug has served its purpose.
