    Henkel Tech Day 2025: Innovating together for future-ready technologies 💡🧪 Our second edition of the Henkel #TechDay brought together our scientific experts from across the company to connect and exchange insights on sustainability, digitalization, and water-based systems. With around 400 participants joining in Düsseldorf and virtually around the world, the event offered an excellent opportunity for collaboration and scientific discussion. The event kicked off with a poster exhibition, followed by the official introduction by Michael Todd, Frank Meyer and Friederike Wiebel as well as a keynote of CHRO Sylvie Nicol. In the afternoon, participants took part in a range of plenary sessions, before the day wrapped up with more engaging discussions at the poster exhibitions and information booths. 🗨️ A big thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success! 👏🏻

    Driving circularity in e-mobility 🚗🌱 With the shift to e-mobility, the automotive industry is entering a new era – full of challenges, but also significant opportunities. Henkel is committed to making a difference by developing sustainable solutions in #battery design. 🔋 One key challenge in #ElectricMobility is how to reuse batteries at the end of their lifecycle. With few legal regulations in place, batteries are often shredded as a whole, making it difficult to recover valuable raw materials. That’s where Henkel comes in: Our #debonding technology – which enables the breaking of adhesive bonds – allows for clean separation, preservation and reuse of individual valuable components through electricity, heat or chemistry.
