Backgammon games continue to be ended prematurely with whoever's turn to move automatically losing. What's worse, it happens near ends of

Mail format
How can restore the old AOL mail format? I've searched online, but the suggestions either don't work or I cannot find the buttons that they say we should use.

Please go back to old format!! This new one does not work for me. Why do I have two extra steps to clear off a read email? Seriously!!
Go back to old format. This one is not at all helpful. Actually creates more work. Why do "read" emails still appear??

You demand one acknowledge and accept your TOS upon receipt of criticism about the lack of integrity in your games, particularly pinochle. All the while you ignore the criticism making no changes or expressing any level of understanding about the frustration one has to deal with when the computer bots overbid their hand, when the dealer doesn't distribute the meld to all players evenly or without discrimination, when the computer bots renege. My posts in the comments are being eliminated, not rejected.
Someone that monitors the posts in the comments of AOL is eliminating my posts, not rejecting them, for no good reason. I follow the Community Guidelines, but their decisions are arbitary and definitely biased.

Please bring back the old desktop 'welcome' page. I guess you're trying to synch with the online page, but I pay for the desktop because I like it better.

Regarding contacts -
Regarding contacts - It is inconvenient to have to hunt for "more" contacts under each alphabetical letter. It use to have ALL of the contacts alphabetically.

Eliminate the 2 step verification process!
Complaint! It is completely unacceptable and ILLEGAL to attempt to prevent your users from accessing our email accounts! If you do this to me again, I will be reporting AOL to the FCC again and the Attorney General!

I loathe, detest, abhor, hate this "new" AOL...I want to choose my own font and size. Can't you at least do that? Why are you holding on to this when everybody hates it? WHY????? Please tell me why.

If a post is rejected because it doesn't conform with standards, the standard that is violated should be cited.
If a post in the comments section is rejected because of violation of standards the standard that is violated should be cited, not just blanket rejection with no explaination.

Get rid of your unneeded two-step security system. This is an e-mail site, not a nuclear weapons site.
Studies have shown that two-step security process is of use only for people who keep hand-written passwords near their computer or keep them them in a readily found file, such as "Passwords" on their desktops. Adequate security is a long password that is easily remembered. I have lots of money in an investment company, and it requires only a password. Its customer accounts haven‘ been cracked.
