Tsuruoka Youta is a sound director. He is the founder and current representative of Rakuonsha.
After graduating he joined Arts Pro and studied there under its representative director, Honda Yasunori.
After becoming freelancer he established with Rakuonsha an own sound production studio for film and anime.
He has ties with animation studios Sunrise, Gonzo and Kyoto Animation, for which Rakuonsha takes over sound production. He himself takes charge of the sound director role in many works which these companies produce.
