Alhough I usualy not watch this kind of anime, something about K-On just catch my eye and I watched both series and movie . Great anime.

About the OP/ED comparison, my likening goes
2nd ED > 1st ED >> 1st OP > 2nd OP
...with the gap between 1st ED and 1st OP being the biggest. Both OPs are pretty annoying in their high pitched genki overdose.

Why I think 2nd ED is cool? Because when I watched 1st season, the Cadillac cutscenes during concerts were so retro they shocked me. And now we got something awesomely retro-looking for new ED. Seeing it, makes me always wonder what I'd look like if the video was synched to ABBA's Waterloo (a very popular hit from year 1974).

In my opinion the OP/ED from the 1st season were better, maybe we have to get used to these ones.

For the OP, its a bit .... crazy I would say. The ED is similar to the last one, but I think not as good as the old one.
