     Charlotte Williams was born illegitimately before 1774.1 She was the daughter of William Cavendish, 5th Duke of Devonshire and Charlotte Spencer.1 She married Reverend Jonathan Kendal, son of Ann Heaton, on 28 February 1793 at St. James the Less, Thorndike Street, London, England.1 She died on 8 December 1856 at Newbold Terrace, Leamington, Warwickshire, England.1 She was buried on 15 December 1856 at Leamington Priors, Warwickshire, England.1
     From 28 February 1793, her married name became Kendal.1

     Reverend Jonathan Kendal was the son of Ann Heaton.1 He married Charlotte Williams, daughter of William Cavendish, 5th Duke of Devonshire and Charlotte Spencer, on 28 February 1793 at St. James the Less, Thorndike Street, London, England.1 He died circa 8 May 1849.1 He was buried on 11 May 1849 at Barrowby Church, Barrowby, Lincolnshire, England.1
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 21 February 1784.1 He was Curate in March 1800 at Barrowby, Lincolnshire, England.1
