Richard Raymond De Cruce Grubb was born on 11 June 1886.1 He was the son of Samuel Richard Grubb and Alice Hannah Binney.2 He married Ruth Leney, daughter of Alfred Charles Leney, on 8 July 1914.1 He died on 28 December 1970 at age 84.1
