     Charlotte Elizabeth Croft was the daughter of James Croft.¹ She married Rt. Rev. Hon. Edward Grey, son of General Charles Grey, 1st Earl Grey and Elizabeth Grey, on 21 March 1809.¹ She died on 26 May 1821.¹

     General Sir Matthew Whitworth-Aylmer, 5th Lord Aylmer was born on 24 May 1775.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Aylmer, 4th Lord Aylmer and Catharine Whitworth.¹ He married Louisa Anne Call, daughter of Sir John Call, 1st Bt. and Philadelphia Battie, on 4 August 1801.² He died on 23 February 1850 at age 74 at 15 Eaton Square, London, England^G, suddenly from an aneurism of the heart, without issue.¹ He was buried on 2 March 1850 at Norwood Cemetery, Norwood, Surrey, England^G.²

     Gerald William Addington, 5th Viscount Sidmouth was born on 19 August 1882. He was the son of Gerald Anthony Pellew Bagnall Addington, 4th Viscount Sidmouth and Ethel Mary Tonge.¹ He married Mary Murdoch Johnstone, daughter of Sir Donald Campbell Johnstone, on 2 October 1915.¹ He died on 4 April 1953 at age 70, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 6th Battalion, Devonshire Regiment (TA.)¹ He fought in the First World War, in India, Mesopotamia, Aden and Salonika.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Sidmouth, of Sidmouth, co. Devon [U.K., 1802] on 25 March 1915.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was chairman of Honiton RDC.¹ He was awarded the Coronation Medal in 1937.¹

     Raymond Anthony Addington, 6th Viscount Sidmouth was born on 24 January 1887. He was the son of Gerald Anthony Pellew Bagnall Addington, 4th Viscount Sidmouth and Ethel Mary Tonge.¹ He married Gladys Mary Dever Hughes, daughter of Thomas Francis Hughes, on 26 August 1913.¹ He died on 7 February 1976 at age 89.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919, in Flanders and South Persia.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 26th KGO Light Cavalry, Indian Army.¹ He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1919 and 1920.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Sidmouth, of Sidmouth, co. Devon [U.K., 1802] on 4 April 1953.¹
