Admiral Sir Ralph Noel, 6th Bt. was born on 28 July 1747.2 He was the son of Sir Ralph Milbanke, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Hedworth.2 He married Hon. Juliana Curzon, daughter of Nathaniel Curzon, 2nd Baron Scarsdale and Hon. Sophia Susanna Noel.3 He married Hon. Judith Noel, daughter of Edward Noel, 1st Viscount Wentworth of Wellesborough and Judith Lamb, on 9 January 1777.3 He died on 19 March 1825 at age 77.3
He was given the name of Ralph Milbanke at birth.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)3 He was educated in 1764 at Westminster School, Westminster, London, EnglandG.2 He was educated in 1765 at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Milbanke, of Halnaby, co. York [E., 1661] on 8 January 1798. On 29 May 1815 his name was legally changed to Ralph Noel by Royal Licence.3

Judith Lamb was the daughter of William Lamb.1 She married Edward Noel, 1st Viscount Wentworth of Wellesborough, son of Sir Clobery Noel, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Rowney, on 20 July 1744.2 She died on 3 December 1761.2
