Major Sir Anthony Frederick Mark Palmer, 4th Bt. was born on 29 August 1914.2 He was the son of Frederick Charles Palmer and Mabel Frances Hughes-Hallett.3 He married Henriette Alice Cadogan, daughter of Commander Francis Charles Cadogan and Ruth Evelyn Howard, on 4 September 1939.3 He died on 18 May 1941 at age 26 at SyriaG, killed in action.3
He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Palmer, of Grinkle Park, co.
