Evelyn Laura Barrington was born on 16 July 1848 at Shrivenham House, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of George William Barrington, 7th Viscount Barrington of Ardglass and Isabel Elizabeth Morritt.1 She married George Grimston Craven, 3rd Earl of Craven, son of William Craven, 2nd Earl of Craven and Lady Emily Mary Grimston, on 17 January 1867 at Shrivenham, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 She died on 9 November 1924 at age 76 at Ashdown Park, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 She was buried on 14 November 1924 at Ashdown Park Chapel, Berkshire, EnglandG.2

George William Barrington, 7th Viscount Barrington of Ardglass was born on 14 February 1824 at Lower Brook Street, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of William Keppel Barrington, 6th Viscount Barrington of Ardglass and Hon. Jane Elizabeth Liddell.1 He married Isabel Elizabeth Morritt, daughter of John Morritt, Jr. and Mary Baillie, on 19 February 1846 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 6 November 1886 at age 62 at Grimsthorpe Castle, Lincolnshire, EnglandG, after a few hours illness.2 He was buried at Shrivenham, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 10 February 1887, at over £43,000.1
He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 20 October 1841.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Eye between 1866 and 1880.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Barrington of Newcastle, co.
