Reverend Robert Henry Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse was born on 2 June 1922.1 He was the son of Arthur Cecil Proctor de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Gertrude Ann Ormonde Wandesforde.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Giles, daughter of Edward Giles, on 7 August 1943.1 He married, secondly, Dorothy Maud Beard, daughter of Percy Donald Beard, in 1974.1 He died on 23 July 2009 at age 87.2 He was buried at Karrakatta, Karrakatta, Western Australia, Australia.2

Margaret Giles was the daughter of Edward Giles.1 She married Reverend Robert Henry Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, son of Arthur Cecil Proctor de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Gertrude Ann Ormonde Wandesforde, on 7 August 1943.1 She died on 25 November 1972.1
