We are currently recruiting for Indirect Buyer. Main Responsibilities · Participate in developing and implementing Commodity Strategies - Indirect Goods & Services, Tooling, Machinery and Equipment (TME) and Logistic, including Global Commodity strategies. · Implement appropriate purchase-to-pay (PTP) processes, including releasing RFQ to qualified suppliers with fixed specification or SOW, awarding the supplier according to principles of quality, service, technology, and price (QSTP), releasing order or contract in time, following delivery timing, supporting appropriate receiving process and payment process etc. · Implement strategies and actions to achieve FY (Fiscal Year) cost reduction goals, including PO-to-PO (Purchasing Order) reductions and rebates. · Cooperate with SQE engineers to manage and evaluate suppliers, improve their capacity in line with the company's interests. · Support accurate and timely reporting of key measurables. · Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities · Implement other tasks assigned by the plant and section manager. Education & Work Experience: · Grade 12 and related qualifications. · Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment with purchasing and supplier management skills Additional requirement: · Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
