Last Friday, we hosted an inspiring Alumni Impact Meet-Up at the stunning Fusion Boutique Hotel in Limpopo. The morning was filled with: Stories of transformation – Our beneficiaries shared how they've turned their entrepreneurial dreams into thriving businesses, uplifting their communities. Networking and collaboration – Entrepreneurs connected, exchanged ideas, and discussed future collaborations to strengthen the impact of their work. Learning and growth – A highlight of the event was a panel discussion, where entrepreneurs had the opportunity to ask questions about the Foundation’s continuous support and resources. The session sparked insightful conversations around scaling businesses and staying innovative in a fast-changing world. It was an honour to witness the positive influence our programmes have had on these dynamic entrepreneurs. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made the day so special! I was privileged to represent the SAB Foundation at a reception with Prince Harry. He was there representing Sentebale a charity co-founded with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho. The event brought together global and local philanthropists, investors, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, policymakers, and opinion shapers to explore how innovative partnerships and capital can be used to address interconnected challenges affecting the next generation. During the event, I shared our commitment to investing in social innovation to create a thriving, equitable society. Seeing so many people dedicated to making a positive impact was truly inspiring.
