Job Advert Debtors Clerk Duties & Responsibilities ·        Prepare and manage invoicing ·        Bank deposit processing and ensuring that it is correctly allocated ·        Monitoring of accounts and incoming payments (Credit control) ·        Respond and resolve client's billing issues ·        Reconcile of the accounts receivable ledger on a monthly basis ·        Record Keeping and Reporting ·        Must be able to compile Quotations Experience & Qualification ·        Proven experience as a Debtors Clerk or similar role ·        Proficient in MS Word and Excel (will be tested during interview process) ·        Experienced in Sage 50c Pastel Partner or similar accounting software ·        Full proficiency in English ·        Familiarity with Chemistry (Gr10 – 12) would be beneficial Requirements ·        Willing to relocate to eMalahleni, Mpumalanga.
