Operations Role Description This is a broad role covering all aspects of operating a business, from client support to accounting, compliance, and the company secretarial functions. Besides cultural fit, the most important attributes we are looking for are a problem-solving mindset, accuracy and discipline in following a logical and clearly defined operations process, together with an appropriate sense of urgency when it matters.
