Responsibilities: 🛠️ Preparation: Prepare for assembly by studying instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and gathering necessary parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials. 📏 Positioning: Position parts and sub-assemblies accurately using templates or measurements. 🔩 Assembly: Assemble components by checking connections for proper fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies securely. ✅ Verification: Verify specifications by measuring completed components. ⚙️ Problem Resolution: Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors for additional resources when necessary. 🛠️ Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs as needed. 📦 Inventory Management: Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts of supplies. ♻️ Resource Conservation: Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies appropriately to achieve job results. 🔧 General Repairs: Assist with general workshop repairs on PCs, tablets, notebooks, and other related equipment and components as required.
