In every aspect of life—whether it's corporate jobs, family, relationships, or starting an entrepreneurial journey—one truth remains: having the support of a partner can make all the difference. From my own experience, being married for over 25 years and balancing a corporate career with entrepreneurial ventures has taught me invaluable lessons. Not everything always works perfectly, but what matters most is how you navigate those challenges together. When diving into new business opportunities, clear communication and mutual support are crucial. It’s about understanding each other’s goals, seeking and providing support during tough times, and sharing the journey's highs and lows. In this video, I'll share why it's essential for your partner to be on the same page, how their support can impact your entrepreneurial journey, and the importance of having someone to share the ups and downs with. In last year's ABAN Angel Investment Survey Report, 75% of surveyed angels expressed interest in #investing in startups at the idea phase or pre-product market fit stage. This aligns with existing literature, which indicates that many angels prefer to invest during the formative years of a startup, typically within the first or second year when #startups are still defining their customer base and refining their offerings.
