(CM Ikageng Gate), who all completed their logbooks and PPRA intern programs this year. Starting as a Debtors Administrator and later transitioning to a Portfolio Manager, I faced challenges, including balancing a newborn and nerves, but was given the opportunity to grow. The most profound impact on my career has come from Olga Veldsman, my Line Manager and Portfolio Executive. Her approach to leadership has been transformative. She embodies the essence of the saying, “Leaders don’t force people to follow – they invite them on a journey” (Charles S. Lauer).
