We are looking for a Director of Marketing & Communication, based in Casablanca, who sees beyond the ordinary - a creative force who can craft immersive hotel stories, ignite global curiosity, and make a lasting impact in the world of luxury hospitality.
Your Mission:
As Director of Marketing & Communication, you will be the mastermind of the hotels' visibility, image and success by crafting striking campaigns and offers, organising exquisite events that draw elite audiences, designing state of the art communication support and by engaging with key partners.
What you will do:
· Craft an Iconic Brand Presence: Design and execute groundbreaking strategies that elevate our brand and captivate audiences
· Lead Digital Transformation: Take the reins on our digital platforms—social media, content, SEO, PPC—with bold, innovative campaigns that drive direct bookings and deepen guest loyalty
· Own the Spotlight in PR: Forge meaningful partnerships with top media, influencers, and luxury brands. Your PR campaigns will position our hotels as icons of elegance and culture
· Curate Remarkable Events: Imagine and orchestrate exclusive events that become the talk of the town, attracting high-profile guests and creating unforgettable moments
· Analyse and Adapt: Tap into market insights and guest preferences to keep ahead of trends and competitors, making data-driven adjustments that keep us at the forefront
· Maximise Impact: Manage marketing budgets like a maestro, ensuring every initiative is impactful and offers high returns
Who you are:
· Luxury Marketing Expert: You have 5+ years of high-level experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle industries
· Experience in Morocco is a must
· Digital Savant: You’re fluent in digital marketing and use data to create strategies that captivate and convert
· Exceptional Storyteller: A natural communicator, you bring ideas to life through compelling narratives that resonate globally
· Multilingual Marvel: Fluent in French, English and Arabic
· Inspirational Leader: Team motivator who leads with decisiveness, creativity, vision, and a collaborative spirit
