Q:
Is this business still open? Their phone line is always busy and when I try to order online, it says the business is either closed or not taking online orders right now. It’s 7pm on a Friday.
A:
Their small takeout location is still open, not the larger restaurant.

Is this a good/appropriate place to get some work done (on laptop) on the weekends? Reviews look great - just wondering about working and weekend wifi! Thanks!
A:
I think this place is super busy on weekends but since the new location is bigger than the old spot perhaps it won't be a big deal if you're there on your laptop. Perhaps try going after brunch hours to check it out.

Great meal, guaranteed.
The food, decor, and service are amazing.
For apps, try the Tuna tartare and Guac masterpiece.
For an entree, you can't go wrong with any of the choices. The double cut porkchop and the Lambchops are divine. The traditional take on Dominican favorites will blow your mind. Try the Oxtail or Goat along with Moro, Yuca Fries or shaved vegetables.
If visiting for lunch, you can trust that their salads or Chicken Chimi will fuel you for the day.
I'm not a dessert person, so despite being a loyal fan of this restaurant, I can't write about these offerings.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 11, 2022

Stellar food, amazing cocktails, magnificent ambience, out of this world service.
One experience stands out. Caleb was my server. He was so professional and genuinely happy to be there. I had a spicy coconut margarita that was absolutely divine. I had a duck quesadilla as an appetizer and then the pork chop. Flavors and balance of both were perfection. The whole experience felt entirely unrushed thanks to Caleb's exquisite service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aaron G.Brooklyn, United States311263Jun 24, 2023
A friend took here is for lunch. The food was delicious. I had the pasta primavera with chicken and my wife had the sea bass. The service was great and very friendly. Although it did take a little while for our food to come out, it was worth the wait. We enjoyed our time here.

Food was good but the drinks were horrible even a. Simple drink such as a margarita was bad. It took 30 min to get a glass of red wine for my friend which the server could have just poured it was slow and the drinks took forever to get to the table and the worst part was the amount of fruit flies that kept flying around. First time here and I was very disappointed because I've heard good things about it.

I've yet to find a restaurant to transform a simple salad & wrap the way beans and vines does. It's my preferred lunch spot.

So just want say off bat... Dope place. I loved the food and the decor soon as I walked in. So my girl invited me to a party and I met the waited Jonathan real quick. He gave me a French vibe so I decided to test his French. Since I knew how to speak French, I decided to make my whole ordering conversation in French. I gave him A for effort but he failed however the manager Erickson tried at least to comprehend and got a C +. Overall great place, great vibes, low key location to chill and food was great. Highly recommended

Yesterday I went to Beans and Vines for HH and some music that I saw advertised. Upon entering, the beautiful decor was inviting and classic. I sat at the bar and had one most delicious and freshest tasting margaritas. (Yes, plural). The bartenders were pleasant and attentive. I looked around and noticed what a what a great mix of patrons were present. From couples to extended families and people like myself that wanted to unwind at the end of the work week. I decided to have an appetizer. The menu was not overwhelming and all the dishes were very well described and all sounded amazing. While I was waiting for my meal, I noticed a gentleman basically greeting patrons and then he came over to me and introduced himself as Alex. He is the owner and chef. I ordered the mahi-mahi tacos. They were absolutely delicious and for an appetizer, they were very generous. I have decided, that I'm going to be a regular.
