WoodStairs.com manufactures our Solid Stair Treads by edge laminating solid premium grade lumber before milling the treads to the required dimensions then sanding to a stain-ready finish. The additional step of finish sanding separates all of our stair parts from our competitors, and it is guaranteed to save you time and money over their planed and un-sanded versions. Also, these are not veneered or engineered stair treads but solid hardwood, and our manufacturing process insures that the WoodStairs treads will not warp or otherwise deform when correctly handled and installed. We offer Stair Treads in all available hardwoods, including exotic species, and we can manufacture to your exact specifications.

We also offer thick floating stair treads ranging from 2″ to 4″ or any size you would like to make. Available in engineered hardwood or solid wood of any variety – our most popular are red oak, white oak, hickory, and walnut stair treads.
