Motivation
Some langauges, mainly slavic (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Russian...) uses different form of surname for man and woman. Beacuse there are items about surnames, we should link both forms together. But there are two issues:
- Woman's form should be the same for more man's surname (see Blažková (Q43371396)). Probably we should have property for man's form of surname too
- Some languages uses different form for married woman and different for gils. This should be probably solved by some qualifier.

- Support In Polish simillar pattern exists like in the Czech example i.e. Mamoń (husband (Q212878) and father (Q7565)) with Mamoniowa (wife (Q188830) and mother (Q7560)) have Mamoniówna (never maried daughter (Q308194)). However it is rather archaic and might be currently used only in spoken language to point for marital status (Q1282093). It might be required separate qualifer to inform about it. Despite of that there still exist surnames, which officially have different mandatory forms for male and female variants (Kowalski (Q3199417)→Kowalska (Q37469735)).
