Jinoytommanjaly, I was thinking about the name of this identifier and I think it could be "Sametham Kerala state school code" because Sametham is the initiative/website of these identifiers. @Ivanhercaz::- 'Sametham' is the project initiative by KITE Kerala (Q56487894) (previously known by IT@School Project (Q5974696)), a organisation under Department of General and Higher Education Kerala (Q5260320). Before the implementation 'Sametham' website the code was started using on their project website named as School wiki (Q13115183), a collaborative website which is completely prepared in Malayalam (Q36236) language.
