WGAL has received special recognition from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.Eleven representatives issued a citation marking the station's 70th anniversary.The citation states: "Since its inception, the station has maintained a tradition of excellence, remaining responsive to the ever-changing needs and interests of the community it serves."WGAL celebrated its 70th anniversary on March 18.
