They'll help you suss out the best tools for your individual styling routine, then teach you how to use them on your own hair... all while giving you a gorgeous blowout. And the best part? If you decide you want to invest in one of the tools to take home, Dyson will take the $50 you paid for your appointment and put it toward your purchase. In other words, you'll get the chance to test drive the products before you purchase... all while basically getting a free blowout.
Amanda Gaines, Well+Good's social media manager, visited the store for styling on the first day of demos and had a great experience.
"You get to see how the Dyson products work on your hair before dropping hundreds of dollars in hopes of you liking a specific hair tool," says Gaines. "The hairstylists also let you know any insider tips on how to make the most out of your potential investment, which is also great because these tools can be a little intimidating."
During her session, she got to experience the Supersonic.
"They used the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer on my hair to give me a bouncy blowout," she says. "It gave me great volume and beachy curls, but unfortunately it fell almost immediately after leaving their storefront."
