This designer, one bedroom, incredible apartment on the 11th floor of a modern contemporary Parisian ultra secure building : concierge, security badges for access to elevators.. There are two elevators.
UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE EIFFEL TOWER FROM EACH ROOM!
The Eiffel Tower is a five minutes walk from the building and all transports are also within five minutes walk.
This 55sqm ( 610sqft) apartment, which feels bigger than its actual size , has been gut-renovated in April 2019 using the most luxury materials.
This apartment is very bright and sunny while being extremely quiet and has opened views and great unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower.
This apartment is only available for 2 adults maximum. No sofa bed or anything for additional guests.
You enter in a foyer which opens to the living room as well as an access to the kitchen.
The wooden parquet gives this apartment a cozy feeling.
All furniture and appliances are brand new except for some genuine antique furniture and art which complements the modern look.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a washer and a dryer ( very rare in Paris).Should you fancy to cook the apartment is well equipped as it is my home and I love to cook.
The main bathroom has been renovated with an Italian Shower with a luxurious rain shower head and a double sink . There is an additional half bathroom for convenience.
There is central A/C a rarity in Paris. The A/C system is brand new and very quiet!
This apartment is located close to most tourist attractions and will be your gorgeous suite to rest after a busy day. You can also enjoy real fast internet , two flat screen TVs ( one in the living room one in the bedroom) and a stereo.

This is my home away from home and I hope you will enjoy staying in this apartment as much as I do.
When you step out of the apartment you are five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars gardens and Hotel des Invalides. an additional five minutes of walking and you are at the Invalides, Trocadero Musee d'Orsay.
By metro ( also a five minutes walk) you can reach with less than 15 minutes Les Champs Elysées, Le Louvre Museum, Concorde Plaza. You can also easily visit by Metro, the beautiful shopping area of Le Marais (with its sixteenth century buildings) or head up to the bohemian Montmartre area and visit the Sacre Coeur.
Surrounding the apartment, you have the luxury of being able to choose from multiple restaurants, wine bars, cafes, supermarkets, Boulangeries and much more. You will have a truly memorable stay in Paris at this apartment and enjoy this beautiful safe, central trendy and yet quiet location. You will be living as a true Parisian in luxury and comfort!
Finally the apartment has two central A/Cs( one in the living room one in the bedroom) as well as very fast internet. Most apartments in Paris advertising A/C only have portable A/Cs.. This is a brand new central A/C system.

It was a dream!
This property lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. Waking up to and going to bed with the Eiffel Tower right out our window was so special. Great neighborhood with delicious cafe right across the street, grocery within a block and Christine’s restaurant recommendation was spot on. Best meal we had in Paris and the first on her list that was less than a 5 minute walk. Clean, well stocked and central to everything we had planned. I highly recommend staying here. Helped to create so many great memories for a romantic week in Paris. Thanx again Christine :)

We had the most lovely stay in the most perfect flat with the most gracious host offering an outstanding view in the City of Love and Lights! Christine started our conversation with the do's and don't's and suggestions for first times and professionals! Great and well received especially with the sunny days and unexpected rainy days! This flat offered not only safety and convenience but also provided amenities that gave us all that we needed to be visitors. It was quaint, cozy, loved the two separate WC's and the kitchen was very well appointed with accoutrements to keep us going in the morning; but, the supermarche just two blocks away for more coffee and wine was a nice+! The neighborhood bistro gems (Cafe Fleur for pate and escargot) and Cafe Tour Eiffel (the Brie...wow, trust me, tourist'esque, true, but cozy).....We can't say enough about this lovely flat and will count the days until we can come back for more fun in this magical city!! Merci beaucoup, Christine!!

Beautiful View of the Eiffel Tower
We enjoyed our stay in Paris. The location of the apartment was terrific for us to walk to many of the local attractions we planned to see. One morning it rained, so thought we'd watch TV in the living room; however, didn't see the directions in the manual to operate the TV, nor the stereo. This is a small item, but just wanted to provide feedback. Overall, the experience was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us and clean. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, especially at night was breathtaking. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch and very much appreciated! Thank you! Kindest Regards, Judy

Gorgeous view!
This property will not disappoint! There was a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from every window in every room. I loved laying in bed and falling asleep to the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. Location was a 7 minute walk to the metro station with lots of restaurants and bakeries along the way. Owner and property manager were great with communication! Will stay here again.

First time visit to Paris. My husband’s one request was to find an apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is exactly like the pictures, and the views are even better in person! Every night was a front row seat of the Eiffel Tower light show!

Perfect location and stay
Micaela was AMAZING checking us in and getting us settled in. Everyone else says the pictures do not do justice to the view and it’s true. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Close to two metro stations so easy to use. Restaurants and pharmacie and grocery just a few minutes away walking. Very very clean and safe. Nice electric metal shutters made the apt SO dark when we needed to sleep. Quiet. Beautiful courtyard garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry. Never needed one thing. Even had a bottle of champagne for us when she learned it was our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon. Host provided detailed instruction book with pictures so any question you might have has been considered. Worth the price!

Great Place to Stay in Paris
This home is an excellent choice when visiting Paris, The view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing. The location provided my wife and I a very enjoyable stay in Paris. The bakery across the street is an excellent place for breakfast or small meals for lunch or dinner. The host, Christine, was a wonderful person to work with. Christine provided suggestions for area restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this listing. Thank you Christine for letting us stay in your home.

Les vues sur la Tour Eiffel sont magnifiques!
The view of the Eiffel Tower from three different rooms was incredible! From sunrise to the twinkling night time show it was wonderful to start and end our day here in Paris. We loved the comfy bed, having a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen that included a coffee maker. Thank you Christine for a memorable stay and the bottle of champagne to enjoy!

Undeniable the Best Unit in Paris to View the Eiffel Tower!
This unit is Incredible, everything you need, home away from home, super secure, extremely comfortable, super clean! Excellent condition, kitchen is fully equipped plus with washer & dryer, very nice bathroom with rain shower and super comfortable bed. Every window in the unit has a full view of the Eiffel Tower plus there is a small balcony to sit outside and drink wine and watch the Tower Sparkle! The host was extremely helpful with a whole list of nearby restaurants, markets and activities within walking distance! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Paris and definitely refer all our family and friends! They are already asking where did we stay from all the great pictures we posted on social media! I hope you all get an opportunity to stay at this incredible unit! Jeff N

Spectacular apartment

Outstanding Stay
My wife and I had a wonderful week in Paris, in part due to Christine's wonderful apartment. Our arrival in Paris was delayed a day due to high winds and other issues in our departing city. Christine was able with late notice to find someone to let us into the apartment a day later than anticipated. The apartment was perfect for a couple and was in a wonderful location. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent. The only issue we had was getting the TV's to work and Christine was going to send someone over but I told her not to bother as I was looking forward to a week without television. Shortly after we booked, she sent a list of suggestions for restaurants, museums, etc. which was very helpful. We are already planning our next visit and hope to stay at Christine's apartment again.

Dazzling December vacation!
My husband and I have been to Paris many times, but never during December and we have never stayed someplace with a view of the Eiffel Tower. For this trip we came to see the lights, sounds, and decorations of Christmas and decided to include a view of the Eiffel Tower! Christine’s amazing apartment did not disappoint! Words cannot describe the incredible views from EVERY window and the extraordinary feeling of "living" with the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is modern, clean, beautifully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need, just bring your clothes and shop for a few things for your Parisian meals if you choose to eat in. There are spices, oil, every kitchen glass, dish, pan, etc. you need. You’ll even get to cook or simply brew your coffee (provided!) with an incredible view! The bed is very comfortable and the shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hair dryer, towel warmer, and washer & dryer are very much appreciated. There are even power strips on both sides of the bed, one next to the couch and one in the dining area for your electronics (plug or USB). EVERYTHING has been placed to make your stay comfortable and worry free. To top it off, two elevators make coming and going a breeze! Finally, shopping, restaurants, buses, sites, Metro, etc., are all close by and we walked or took the bus everywhere! The neighborhood is great and feels very safe. THANK YOU, Christine, you are a fabulous host. We were sad to leave your beautiful apartment but hope to return one day!

Terrific first trip to Paris
Not sure what else to add to previous comments. Everything was terrific and as advertised. Christine was extremely helpful and responsive. Her restaurant recommendations were fabulous. The neighborhood and building tenants were all very friendly. We walked nearly 10 miles a day checking out all the neighborhoods and sites. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

A Parisian Dream Come True!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Christine's exceptional apartment in the heart of Paris and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Christine was super responsive and helpful from the moment we booked our stay with her. Her thoughtful recommendations added a personal touch to our stay and we really felt like welcomed guests (Christine - thank you for the champagne!). Her hospitality was outstanding. Now, let's talk about the main event . the Eiffel Tower views. My wife and I were simply blown away - if you read all the reviews, you know that the pictures don't do it justice. The apartment provided a front-row seat to this iconic landmark with unobstructed views. Sunrise and sunset views were simply breathtaking, turning our stay into a cinematic experience. Relaxing on the couch after a day of touring around the city, while staring at the blinking Eiffel Tower was just sublime. On top of that, not only the apartment was spotless, but also very complete. Towels, toiletries and all the essentials were provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Last but not least, the location was a game-changer. Even though it was close to tons of metro/train stations, we walked everywhere. It really made exploring the city a breeze. In summary (and I really wish I could write a longer review, but there's a limit to the characters), for those seeking an exceptional Parisian experience, I wholeheartedly recommend booking Christine's apartment. It is truly a gem!

I am happy to add my 5-star rating to the many others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in that beautiful city. Proximity to public transportation is a major plus. Christine promptly responded and resolved a very minor issue we had. And the view… extraordinary!

anWe spent 5 nights at the property. We have red reviews and seen pictures and our expectations were already high. And the reality...have beaten our expectations. The views - no picture can prepare you, its not just the Eiffel tower, its 180 degree open view and one may see much more. And there were other things, like all amenities were chosen with care and sense for detail. It felt like we were choosing them ourselves for living here. There was everything we could need. Also Christine was available over message d responded well during planning of our stay. And then neighborhood was also super nice. Clean and safe, not overcrowded but still within circle attractive for tourists that we occasionally met. Regarding shopping, we used Auchan that had all we needed. When it comes to distance to tourist attractions we walked to each and then used the metro (subway) on our way back. We walked even to Montparnasse and that was our best decision. The walk itself gave us more then Montparnasse alone. To conclude my review I can only say that the whole experience was superior and I hope that I may be lucky enough to get back one day again.

An Eye Full View!!
What an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! You feel as if you could reach out and touch it!! We loved staying in this nicely furnished, well equipped apartment in the 7th arrondissement that was just minutes away from two metro stations and the train station. The apartment itself has all the conveniences a traveler could need. There is a service elevator to get your luggage to the 11th floor, as well as a passenger elevator for everyday use. There are plenty of cafes, bakeries, small grocery stores and pharmacies within a very short walk. And do not miss taking a picnic basket and bottle of champagne to the park in front of the Eiffel Tower (about a five minute walk) to see the sunset!

A view of the Eiffel tower that pictures don't do justice.
The pictures don't do the view of the Eiffel Tower from the large glass doors justice. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The location is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, close to public transportation, nice restaurants and shops. Christine was easy to communicate with, shared dining ideas and local tips to help us plan our trip to Paris. We miss sitting on the balcony as the sun sets on the Eiffel Tower and look forward to staying here again. We would highly recommend the apartment.

This place was our absolute favorite VRBO ever. Nothing I can say would even come close to how great it was. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous and the view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing! The owner, Christine was so helpful before we even got there and continued to be the best. Any questions, all we had to do is email her. She even gave us her phone number. The best experience ever when it comes to VRBO. I would recommend this property to anyone and all of my friends!
