Details: Saint Paul officials will literally roll out the red carpet as the city prepares for the busiest month of the year and the arrival of more than 500,000 visitors over the next six weeks. A special promotion and dedicated resources for fans will be announced. Wild mascot Nordy and Swarm mascot Buzz will be among many special guests on hand to officially mark the start of the time frame that's been dubbed "March ON" in Saint Paul.
