⁵Points transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.

⁸Singapore Airlines Points Earn

Members travelling on Upgraded fares purchased with Points or any other subsidised means of Upgrades on Virgin Australia or our partner airlines will earn Points based on originally purchased fare classes. 3. To link your accounts please ensure:

• You have a current and active KrisFlyer Account
• The First Name and Last Name in your Velocity Account match the First Name and Last Name in your KrisFlyer Account
• Your Date of Birth in your Velocity Account matches the Date of Birth in your KrisFlyer Account

If your details do not match, your request to link Accounts will be unsuccessful.

4. When flying on a Singapore Airlines-operated flight with a VA flight number.

5. Singapore Airlines Business Points: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members) will earn Velocity Points when Travellers fly on eligible Singapore Airlines operated flights with a VA flight number (excluding fare classes X, Z and G) bookable via an Eligible Booking Channel as follows:

• Tier 1: 1 Point per AUD $1 spent
• Tier 2: 1.5 Points per AUD $1 spent

8. ⁹Priority check-in is available for Gold and Platinum Velocity members flying on flights operated by Virgin Australia from selected domestic and international airports. Subject to availability.

¹⁰Priority security is available for Gold and Platinum Velocity members flying on flights operated by Virgin Australia from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane domestic airports. Security screening is only open during selected operating hours

¹¹Priority boarding is available for Gold and Platinum Velocity members flying on flights operated by Virgin Australia at selected domestic and international airports. Subject to availability. 

¹²Priority baggage: Your checked baggage will be delivered with priority to the arrivals carousel at your destination when travelling on flights operated by Virgin Australia.

¹³Silver, Gold and Platinum Velocity members receive additional complimentary baggage allowance when flying on domestic and international flights operated by Virgin Australia (excludes Economy Lite fares). Allowance is based on Status at time of travel (not time of booking). Additional complimentary baggage allowance is subject to space availability on the flight. ¹⁷Velocity Gold Membership: Virgin Australia Tier 2 members receive one complimentary annual Velocity Gold Membership. Virgin Australia Tier 3 members receive two complimentary annual Velocity Gold Memberships. These complimentary memberships are for member employees only, as nominated by the member.

¹⁸Whenever a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is: (a) upgraded to a higher Tier Level (i.e. upgrade from Tier Level 1 to Tier Level 2); (b) retained at Tier Level 2 or 3 following the member’s annual Tier Level review; or (c) downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 2 following the member’s annual Tier Level review, your business will have the option to choose a reward. To choose a reward, click on the link in the email sent to the member’s Key Contact and select from the options. The link in the email will expire in four weeks from receipt or once you have chosen your reward. Once a selection has been made, it cannot be changed. The Single Use Lounge Pass or Business Class Upgrade rewards must be allocated to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member who is directly employed or contracted by the Member within 1 year or they will expire. The bonus Points reward must be transferred to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member who is directly employed or contracted by the Member within 2 years or they will expire. Please note that any unallocated rewards will also expire if you are upgraded to a higher Tier Level (at which time we will provide you with new rewards to choose from). ¹⁹Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).

For your business to earn up to $1,000 Travel Bank Credit its nominated representative must:

1. Successfully sign the business up to Virgin Australia Business Flyer during the Promotion Period; and 

2. Book and fly on:

a. 2 Eligible Flights by 24 Nov 2024, to receive a $50 in Travel Bank credits.

b. further 6 Eligible Flights by 24 Nov 2024 to receive an additional $150 in Travel Bank credits.

c. further 12 Eligible Flights by 24 Nov 2024 to receive an additional $300 in Travel Bank credits.

d. a further 20 Eligible Flights by 24 Nov 2024 to receive an additional $500 in Travel Bank credits.

An Eligible Flight is: 

a. any domestic or short haul international flight marketed and operated by Virgin Australia, booked through the VA.com website (ABN must be entered at time of booking), the Virgin Australia Business Flyer booking portal or via the member’s nominated Travel Management Company; and

b. ticketed during the Promotion Period in a fare class that normally accrues Velocity Points for the business (excludes Lite fares). *Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN and an Australian business address that spend less than $300K per annum on flights with Virgin Australia. The business cannot be a Superannuation fund, travel agent, travel management company, travel wholesaler, air travel consolidator or anyone re-selling air travel. Reward seats and codeshare services marketed or operated by partner airlines do not constitute an Eligible Flight and spend on these flights will not count towards the spend requirements of this offer.

Travel Bank credit is not redeemable for cash, expires 90 days after allocation and is subject to the Travel Bank terms and conditions. The Travel Bank credit can only be applied towards the base fare of a flight. Taxes, fees, carrier charges and flight extras fees (if applicable) are payable in addition to the Travel Bank credit redeemed.

This incentive can only be earned once during the Promotion Period. Please allow up to 4 weeks after meeting all criteria for the Travel Bank Credit to be allocated to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member’s Travel Bank. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
