This is the definitive solution for the emergency payment made by Vale to those affected by the collapse of the Brumadinho dam. As of November 1st, the terms of the new Income Transfer Program, created and managed by the Justice Institutions, without the participation of Vale, will take effect. The Justice Institutions are responsible for defining participation criteria, payments and program management. As disclosed on the website of the Government of Minas Gerais – (www.mg.gov.br), questions regarding the PTR can be clarified through the exclusive service channel of FGV: [email protected].
How to proceed in case of cancellation of registration and return of amounts received improperly
Those interested in returning amounts improperly received must deposit the amount received in Vale's current account. After making the deposit, they must go to one of Vale's Indemnity Registration Center (PRI), with a photo identification document, to deliver the deposit slip.
If you do not have a Vale Indemnity Registration Center (PRI) in the city, you will need to go to the nearest Registration Office. After delivery of the deposit slip.
Deposits must be made in an identified way, containing the CPF of the person responsible for the return, through the DOC, TED and bank transfer modalities. Deposits via envelope or at the bank branch's clerk do not have identification and therefore must not be used.
