The pair got married in October 2023, but Cyrus filed for an annulment just seven months later. He cited irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct as the reason for the split.

Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage

Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist filed to end his marriage to Gage in November 2023 after six months of marriage. Before their split, the pair got engaged two months after going public with their whirlwind romance.

Pamela Anderson and Jon Peters

The former Playboy model and the movie mogul split on February 1, 2020, less than two weeks after tying the knot in a secret wedding. “I have been moved by the warm reception to Jon and my union. We would be very grateful for your support as we take some time apart to re-evaluate what we want from life and from one another,” the Anderson said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter at the time. “Life is a journey and love is a process. With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to put off the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process. Thank you for respecting our privacy.”

Nicolas Cage and Erika Koike

The National Treasure actor filed for an annulment of his marriage to Erika Koike just four days after tying the knot with the makeup artist in Las Vegas. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Cage alleged to be too intoxicated to fully “recognize or understand the full impact of his actions.”

Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham

The couple called it quits in May 2018 after only six months of marriage. A source told Us at the time that the Arrow star and the celebrity florist “have been having issues since a couple months after the wedding. Since Colton stopped talking to a lot of his old friends, he was getting really depressed and didn’t feel like himself.”

Luann de Lesseps and Tom D’Agostino

Short-lived love. The Real Housewives of New York City star and the businessman announced they were divorcing in August 2017 after seven months of marriage. Despite their split, de Lesseps told Us in April 2018 that she and D’Agostino still keep in touch and he supported her after her December 2017 arrest.

Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi and Shalom Yeroushalmi

Over and out. Gharachedaghi and Yeroushalmi ended their marriage in March 2017 one month after tying the knot. A rep for the Shahs of Sunset star told Us at the time that, “During the past few weeks, certain facts have come to GG’s attention that have made her realize her marriage can no longer continue and, in fact, it should have never happened. She is hoping to end the relationship as amicably and respectfully as possible.”

LeToya Luckett and Rob Hillman

The former Destiny’s Child member split from her husband of two months in August 2016. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the exes entered a clause in their divorce settlement noting that neither party can speak publicly about the breakup or post about it on social media.

Keshia Knight Pulliam and Ed Hartwell

Hartwell filed for divorce in July 2016 after nearly seven months of marriage. The news came one week after the pair announced their first pregnancy. According to TheYBF.com, Hartwell had confirms that he wasn’t the child’s biological father. “Right now, the only thing I want is a paternity test for the baby,” the former NFL star reportedly told the website at the time.

Nicollette Sheridan and Aaron Phypers

On the outs. The Desperate Housewives alum filed for divorce from Phypers in July 2016 after six months of marriage. TMZ reported at the time that Sheridan asked the judge to deny spousal support.

Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada

Lozada broke off her 41-day marriage to Johnson in August 2012 shortly after he was arrested and charged with a domestic violence misdemeanor. (The former Dancing With the Stars contestant allegedly head-butted Lozada during an argument.)

Sinead O’Connor and Barry Herridge

O’Connor and Herridge broke it off 18 days after exchanging vows in December 2011. According to a statement O’Connor released via her website at the time, “Within three hours [after] the ceremony being over, the marriage was kyboshed by the behavior of certain people in my husband’s life.”

Their fairytale August 2011 wedding was televised in a two-part special on E!, and Kardashian filed for divorce in October of that year. " I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever," she said in a statement.
