No. 1 Duke (29-4) vs. No. 15 Robert Morris (20-14)

Time, TV: 7:10 p.m., CBS

Why Duke will win: The Colonials will have no answer down low for Duke (No. 1 seed in the South) freshman center Jahlil Okafor, the likely Player of the Year. Okafor (17.7 points, 9 rebounds) has 12 20-point games and 11 double-doubles. Okafor will get plenty of help from guard Quinn Cook (15.7 points, 2.7 assists) and forward Justise Winslow (12.3 points, 3.9 rebounds). Duke is a No. 1 seed in the tournament for the 13th time, second in NCAA history. No No. 1 has ever lost to a 16.

Why Robert Morris will win: The Colonials, who played their way into the field of 64 in the South Region with a 52-point second half to drop North Florida, have flirted with the upset before. In 2010 they gave No. 2 Villanova all it could handle before falling in overtime 73-70. And how can you not respect a guy name Lucky? Guard Lucky Jones poured in 21 points in the First Four win over the Ospreys. Backcourt mate Rodney Pryor is also dangerous. He had 20 against UNF.

History lesson: This is the first meeting between the teams. Robert Morris is making its eighth NCAA tournament appearance. They have two wins, both in First Four games in Dayton. Duke is 99-34 all-time in the NCAA tournament, 82-26 under Mike Krzyzewski.
