Healthy Miley ready to get back to twerk

Miley Cyrus is happy the month of April is in the rear-view mirror.

"April, you were a real piece of (expletive deleted)," the salty singer tweeted when the month, which saw her hospitalized with a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics, came to an end.

The hardest twerking woman in show business is ready to resume her Bangerz tour in London, after her condition forced her to cancel several shows in the U.S.

"So (expletive deleted) xxxited to get back on touuuuuuuurrrrrr," the ribald young artist tweeted Saturday.

Cyrus was in the hospital for nearly a week.

"When you're allergic to something you're poisoning yourself," Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest in a radio interview. "I was poisoning myself. It was so scary."

She added, "I couldn't breathe."
