It solves problems like business travel expenses, working with teams from various countries or occupied remote workers which makes it useful not only for the internal communication but also for the external one.

We use it mainly as our internal communication system. We have just started implementing the shared spaces for our different locations. One issue we are currently running into is that you can't rename the "general" channels. This causes some confusion for those who apart of more than one shared space. I would also like to be able to delete private chats with people who have been deleted. I have create a file for "trash" but deleting them would be much better. The scheduler tab for those who have the license is great and I love the calendar integration. I wish the email UI was a little more aesthetically pleasing.

We use it for all internal and external video calls and the Team Chat feature for all internal chat communication. Some key users have used Zoom Whiteboard for brainstorming during video calls. Before moving to Zoom, we had at least four different products covering one or more of those functions. Now, moving to Zoom, we've drastically simplified internal communication.

We use Zoom for our meetings. Being in a global company, we all have got global employees in each and every group almost. To meet them effortlessly we use Zoom day to day basis. And we're dependent on it. As a support analyst, I found some problems seeing Zoom settings while I was on a call with one of my clients on Zoom. So, if any of my clients get problems with Zoom software and when I jump on a Zoom call to investigate the issue, it is preferable to view the Zoom settings interface like settings (for example).

Since we were using Zoom Meetings, we decided to integrate it to our current system. We are quite happy with the performance. Recently we started to evaluate Zoom Rooms and so far, the evaluation is going on well. We hope to deploy this to our organization.

However, in my opinion, their support and customer service is awful. I'd ditch Zoom Workplace in a heartbeat if we hadn't invested in Zoom Rooms, and will migrate away when are equipmenourt needs replacing.
Also, in my opinion, thery're so anti-Microsoft, they don't have a Teams plugin which would make improve their phone application greatly.

Hybrid meetings where some people are in office and some are working from home. We also use it to facilitate online info sessions or webinars. It's great for one on ones but also large team meetings. We do typically have between two and fifteen people per call but can have up to 40 at certain times of the year.

The tools that are available within Zoom Workplace really make it easy and effective to keep connected while not being in a physical office. There are sometimes Teams issues when attending virtual meetings. Therefore, Zoom Workplace is great with attending meetings! I rarely have connection issues, there are several virtual backgrounds and helpful tools like whiteboards that allow interactive presentations. I think that it is super easy as well to schedule an appointment and easy access to discuss with my team!
