Stop spamming me with emails. You all spam me almost everyday for years now. All your emails goes into the spam folder until you guys decide to send out your spam with a different email address. Yes I have unsubscribed about 30 times to the fake unsubscribe link.
I haven't used you're product in 5 years, and will never use it again because I don't trust spammers.

it is so easy to use if you want to do it first thing in the morning set it for full scan then leave it to go and have your breakfast by the time you have finished it has doneor you can just set it to turn your computer off.

Panda is always easy to follow for a lay person in IT. I am not happy with Microsoft always trying to coerce me to go with their security and servers. This has become more worrisome with AI licence. It becomes a battle and it very frustrating. I have been with Panda for a few years now and respect their program and assurances.

I am still struggling with programme and most probably it is my fault. I have experienced other security programmes who on a regular basis pop up and tell you what is happening on your machine, but as I said it is probably my fault

When I Was A Child, I use to my father computer on 2002. I see firstly this year. First Panda Antivirus versiyon is use very high cpu but after years solve this issue. Now I'm a Founder and IT Specialist in my own company. I set up clients, neighbour, friends computer and always install Panda Antivirus. Thank your development this app.

I don't have any reason to think you don't have a great product functionally. I dread renewing every year because to my 75 year old brain it is a convoluted experience. After dancing from page to page and on and on during the installation, I am still not sure if I have protection on all three of my devices. But I did continue with you.

I have panda dome/ premium 3 device / three years! My password manager needs master password which I do not have and was not given! Have called three time and tickets were opened, was told I would be emailed! To date have not received any help. Would rate Panda 1 star for service!!!

I think the product is good as I have had no issues with viruses. The ongoing pop ups as a reminder to renew the product months ahead of time is annoying. Why after I have renewed my subscription are they sending me emails that you will charge my credit card at the full price when I renewed ahead of time to get the discount. One department is obviously not communicating with the other.
*The product is good and by sending me numerous pops up it makes me think this might not be the product for me. One pop up a day or a week would be fine but numerous ones throughtout the day is just plain annoying. I should not have to change my settings. This has been an ongoing problem noted in other reviews and so it is your problem that needs to be fixed.

I have used Panda for years and years. Panda finds things other antivirus software misses. Panda works efficiently in the background and lets me know when it finds something it has already protected me from.
Once set up I only do a regular clean and occasional scan, its never found anything, always been protected.
Live online updates, cost effective solution. Thank you Panda

I have been using Panda 20+ years and have never had any problems with my computer. It has always blocked anything or anyone trying to get into my computer and warned me of unsecured website's or pages.
I am extremely pleased with their software and can't see myself ever having to change to another company for my computer's security.

I am satisfied with the anti-virus. Anyway, I am really tired of receiving unsolicited emails (I had to block the sender's address) and, after having solved the issue that way, of being now harassed by constant pop-up messages which appear on my screen (I have received FOUR of them, only today), to remind me that my subscription will expire... in February. By the way, the 911*** *** phone number they give there for that purpose is useless.
Until a few days ago, the messages were linked to Black Friday offers; now, they are about Christmas. Besides, their deadlines are strange: yesterday's finally expired, but today they came up with another one.
Panda's customer service has certainly got a lot to improve about respecting us.

Just renewed my subscription for another 3 years. Most important to me is protecting my mom's computer, she's 81, but can't be without her all-in-one for email, news, weather, medical, banking, etc. I want to feel comfortable she's protected and Panda has worked very well for us. A great product and highly recommended for piece of mind, in my case for myself and my elderly parents.
