LZ helped with some critical areas, such as EIN, LLC, and reports. Without that help, I might have found myself unintentionally noncompliant.

However, I didn't rate LZ at 5 because I have received several notices inviting me to initiate the process for an LLC, even after the LLC was created. Those emails are a nuisance. Also, if there is a way to contact LZ by email as a non-emergency, to ask questions, I couldn't find it.

I'd like to know if you file local and state business licenses, or if I do.

Great UI/UX, complex processes turned simple with a few clicks and ample information to guide first time entrepreneurs. A learning experience in itself if you are a first time business owner!

This is the second business I've started through LegalZoom and I can not recommend them highly enough. It's a seamless, stress-free process that streamlines the LLC formation process and all its ancillary requirements. Love LegalZoom!

I Iove legal zooms level of expertise and always improving the way they work together to help. Although they still need to follow-up on the chats I’ve communicated but never received a response on my concerns of the proper logos to be trademarked. They should have returned with a response and a prompt call providing all the support I needed!!!

I gave the rating of 2 because with my first contact, the connection was so bad with very loud distortion that I could not hear most of what the person was saying. She finally disconnected. In the next contact immediately following, the person was helpful but rather difficult to understand. I also needed to repeat myself to him numerous times. A lot of time was wasted. I finally decided to just try to do it myself.

Over a month later, 20 steps extra, dozens of emails unsolicited advertisement phone calls later. I finally have my formation documents. I have formed two other LLC’s on the government website that were many times easier

Customer support was great. Website and process were straight forward and easy! I had done a lot of research and compared services but there was still a hidden fee of ~$29/month to keep my address private. From everything I read, this was part of the registered agent yearly cost but didn't make it clear there was a monthly fee until I had paid for my chosen plan and initial services. Glad I chose them and I'm not surprised in these situations. I have to move forward with them anyways but still wish it would've been clearer to get a details quote before checking out, this would've been a 5 star review without that because it felt deceptive. Thought about giving them 1 star but the process really was very easy and their support has been helpful on multiple occasions.

Recently we had an unfortunate experience with this company that left me quite disappointed. While we had high hopes for their products/services, The customer service fell far short of expectations. We have reached out with a simple inquiry and waited over countless time for a reply almost a month now. When we finally heard back, the response was vague and didn’t address my specific questions. After several back-and-forth exchanges, We felt frustrated and unheard. Our issue remains unresolved, and it feels like our concerns were not taken seriously. Good customer service is essential, and unfortunately, Legal zoom missed the mark. We hope they take this feedback to heart and improve their customer support, as I’d love to see their products/services thrive in this competitive market. We would like a respond back within two business days on the protrude issue.
