Majid and Ricky were exceptional today. They managed two refrigerator moves in a tight space and no damage to anything. They wrapped our items carefully and packed them with care. They got a ton done in just two hours! I would definitely use Bellhop again.

This experience was great both gentlemen did their jobs absolutely well even though someone was an hour late because of truck issues but besides that great experience. Came in my old apartment and moved things out quick. helped and got into my storage unit perfectly perfect!

I had 3 movers, Angel, Landon and Tyler, and all 3 were amazing. They were quick and got everything where I wanted it. I couldn’t ask for a better crew. They did amazing work and were very polite. I hope to never have to move again but if I ever need a moving crew I would use them again without question.

First off, I want to say our main crew member Moe showed up ten minutes early and ready to work. He busted ass and is literally the sole reason we completed this move. We are thankful he was assigned to us. That said, the team bellhop assigned to him completely let him, and us, down. One team member showed up an hour late to loading AND again an hour late to unloading and another team member called off. We ended up having to take many of the boxes ourselves. I recently had brain surgery which resulted in loss of balance and this is why we were hoping to have help from movers. This resulted in our move taking two hours longer than quoted, which will likely put us at a price that we were quoted at from other companies that would have had four movers. Like I said, we’re thankful that Moe showed up and busted ass, but this was a real disappointment from Bellhop.

I paid for Bellhop, on the day of the move a third party moving company shows up that I was never told about. The three guys that moved me were really nice, however they paid no attention to labels on boxes and they broke my sound bar and real crystal glasses. At the end of the move, I signed a contract for 5 hours at $135 with a total due of 675.00. The next day I received a bill for $945 saying the rate is $159 an hour. I won’t ever use them again. I should have gone with the original company that I use, however someone had referred me to Belhop.

Absolutely terrible company! I don’t usually write reviews. Please DONT use this company. The movers were really nice and for the most part did a great job. They did drop a 20 year old heavy 2 sheet glass table with solid stainless steel legs down the stairs. I wasn’t to bothered by it because I thought the company would offer something reasonable. Well, I was offered $30.00 by Jack and Lily on the claims team who were robotic and don’t care whatsoever about anything you’ve lost. Doesn’t matter if it’s important to you or what the value was you purchased it for. You will hear the INDUSTRY STANDARD a lot if they break something of yours. Which is $0.60 a pound!! So Jack and Lily who are worthless did an “investigation” looking at my table and decided $30.00 would be the PERFECT offer. Again please don’t use this company. The movers don’t work for them. The movers themselves are independent contractors that aren’t insured. Bellhop doesn’t care about the movers or you. The INDUSTRY STANDARD is garbage just like them. They want me to send specs of a table I purchased 20 years ago from a store that no longer exists. Shame on me for not purchasing the insurance. However, being offered $30.00 for a table they dropped and shattered down the stairs is ATROCIOUS. Please save yourselves and your furniture. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. Especially Jack and Lily in the claims department. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
