Billing

Avira has been my choice when it comes to antivirus.

But avira has a problem when billing a monthly fee.

As today i got the first warning they can not whitdraw the fee.

Why do you do that ?

I started my subscription on 1.

It almost end whit me who has to startup a renewel subscription. You try to charge my fee today the 25.04-2024.

Thats why i only give 3 stars. It draws your allround product down. It is enoying.

Isn't that what I said at all? On the contrary, your software is too expensive for what it is and I don't like it at all !!!, read my comment again, answer in French! , here we are in France so we have to write and speak in French! Thank you! if not your comments in English you can keep them for yourself OK ?!, thank you !!! , because FRANCE is not a colony, nor an Anglophone dominion !!!

Outstanding product to fix a slow computer!

Hello, I have been using Avira for about two months now, and my computer has never run better! It used to be slow and would not perform at all, now I have Avira and what a difference it has made, also very affordable.I will continue to use this product. Thank you, "Avira"

Best yet.

I have been using Avira for some time and so far it is quite satisfiying. It is lite, consumes minimum system resouces, catches everything that wants to intrude. Adds annoy me sometimes but i did not have time to setup preferences yet.
Thanks guys for excellent protection.

Great company

Despite not needing to use avira their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them. They have dealt with one issue swiftly, effectively and with top effort and you can't find many companies that work like that any more. Great work avira

Avira Prime an excellent solution for using internet safely

I am an user of Avira since a lot of years. Initially with the free solution but then with paid solutions. Now I'm using Avira Prime in my phones and my PCs. I had already used Norton but my PC turned too slow. I had already used Kaspersky during a trial period but I wasn't satisfied. Then I bought Avira Prime but I didn't renew my licence because my PCs were working too slow. Now I tried again and I am satisfied. My PCs are working fast and my programs are always updated by Avira Software updater which is a good start to avoid problems/vulnerabilities using Internet. So excellent job to Avira Team.

My query was dealt with very promtly

I was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered quite promptly, with only 1 transfer to another department. My query was sorted completely within 15 minutes. Well done!

Great product with generous trial period

Great product! I mainly use Avira for its VPN but I find the interface easy to use. I also love the fact that new users can trial the product for 60 days before purchasing.

I signed up and Paid for Avira awhile…

I have been using Avira for over a…

I have been using Avira for over a decade now and is still my favorite. Avira never failed to protect my computer. It is the best antivirus program for me.

Rate what you don't know

I guess it is hard to rate as how do I know what I didn't get??? I am happy so far. Just a little hard to get to your sight and as a question or anything. I had a question when I got my receipt for payment as the ID number was different from the one I had written down when I ordered it. I couldn't find out why. Still haven't.
